I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there. If it's not there, log in to your account at My Account → Downloads and download directly from there. Still nothing? Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll sort it out immediately.

My download link has expired. Can I get a new one?

Yes, absolutely. All your purchases are permanently stored in your account. Log in to My Account → Downloads to get fresh download links anytime. Links in your account never expire.

Can I read the eBook on multiple devices?

Yes! You can download and read your eBook on as many personal devices as you like. There's no DRM (Digital Rights Management) restriction. One purchase = unlimited personal use.

How do I send a MOBI file to my Kindle?

You have two options: (1) Use Amazon's Send-to-Kindle feature — just email the file to your Kindle email address. (2) Connect your Kindle via USB and copy the MOBI file to the Documents folder.

Can I share the eBook with friends or family?
